Cancellation Policy
Our stylish, flexible space is perfect for private gatherings, pop-up shops, mixers, workshops, and celebrations of 25 people or less. Rental Rate: ALL Events are 4 hours long: $50 per additional hour 1 complimentary hour included for event setup Studio Amenities Up to 8 six-foot tables Black tablecloths Chairs and bar stools Free Wi-Fi access TV with surround sound Bluetooth connectivity Our modern, versatile layout is designed to make your vision come to life! Booking & Studio Policies ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. Host is responsible for cleanup after event. Date changes may be permitted due to emergencies or severe weather (mutual agreement required). Change requests must be emailed at least 24 hours in advance to: info@vibeandvisioncontentstudio.com New dates are based on studio availability. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit rental payment. Important Details: **Events scheduled and approved** Security is mandatory for all events exceeding 10:00 p.m. An additional security fee will be assessed and added to your total rental cost. The fee amount and security arrangements will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking approval. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests, vendors, and staff, and to maintain the integrity of our space.
